All content, logos, and software on Lullaby Ledger are owned by Lullaby Ledger Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lullaby Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the settings page. Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
